The prices above are per person per day and include:

  • Accommodation in a comfortable and well furnished double or twin room;
  • Large Italian breakfast: milk, coffee, tea, biscuits, toasts, brioches, butter, jam, chocolate spread, honey, fruit juices and yogurt;
  • Cost of utilities (water, gas, electricity, air-conditioned);
  • Change of bedding twice a week;
  • Weekly cleaning of the house (remaking of beds not included).

0-4 years free, 5-8 years 50% off.

Please include on the booking form details about number of people, arrival and departure date, type of service preferred and your full postal address.

Deposit or Credit Card
To ensure your booking you can pay a deposit via postal or banking order.

Beginning and end of your stay
The room will be available at 12am on your arrival day, and it has to be vacated by 11am on your departure day.
